Using non-formal participatory approaches inspired by Pressfield’s The War of Art, you will:
- Exchange ideas on maintaining emotional safety during group tasks
- Practice calming techniques to stay grounded as deadlines approach
- Explore how to stand up for yourself and communicate your needs clearly
- Discuss when to set boundaries and leave a discussion if agreed feedback rules are not respected
- Share practical ways to support one another when group work becomes stressful
