Join our virtual exchange to explore practical strategies for collaborating as equals, where everyone feels valued, contributes freely, and takes ownership without micromanagement.
Using non-formal participatory approaches inspired by Pressfield’s The War of Art, you will:
- Explore Equal vs. Normal and why equality does not mean sameness.
- Reflect on how inner Resistance can hinder collaboration and how territorial thinking can promote equality.
- Practice sharing ideas and contributing on equal footing.
- Exchange strategies for combining different strengths, building trust, and working toward a shared goal.
