📊 Be Part of the Change: What Creatives Need Most

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent poll on what creatives need most to thrive in Europe’s Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI).

Across all platforms, the message was loud and clear:
⇒ Around 66% of respondents said fair pay for creative jobs is the top priority.
⇒ Another 17% highlighted more affordable training, 17% pointed to policy support, and 7% to better access to funding.

This echoes EU-level findings showing that many artists and creative professionals across Europe still face irregular income and limited recognition for their work, despite the sector’s vital contribution to innovation and growth.
