💡 WP6 Kickoff Meeting: Communication, Impact & Ethical Outreach

 

On June 23, the DigiCreate consortium held a partner-wide meeting led by Evolutionary Archetypes Consulting SL (EAC), launching Work Package 6: Impact & Dissemination – a key pillar of the project’s long-term visibility and success.

 

CEO Chris Haberl and Researcher & Writer Katharina Haberl (EAC) presented the objectives, strategies, and upcoming tasks in WP6, which aims to engage 2,500 young people aged 18-30 across seven countries in creative virtual exchanges, with a strong focus on the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI).

 

The discussion focused on:
Dissemination tasks: Social Media Rotation Schedule, Press Releases, Translations
Consistent visual identity: Logo use, internal templates, website alignment, and image guidelines

  • Social Media & Press Release: The DigiCreate consortium discussed the publication schedule, content idea rotation, guidelines and reach
  • GDPR & data ethics: Privacy in all communication activities
    Partner collaboration: Each organization plays a role in maximizing DigiCreate’s reach
  • Local online communities: The team also discussed how to reach out to and involve local community groups to reach the target group of young artists.
  • Monitoring & sustainability: Long-term impact tracking and community-building tools

 

WP6 ensures that DigiCreate’s voice is strong, ethical, and unified across languages, regions, and platforms.
